Attention all mods! :)

Warnings are to be given for:

- Excessive foul language in a member's post
- Racial comments
- Continuous abuse towards other members on the forums
- Excessive spamming

So it is therefore okay for members to:

- swear mildy, just so long as it is not abusive.
- joke about other forum members, just so long as it is made clear that the joke is not to be taken too seriously.
- moderate spamming may be acceptable, members posting A LOT of posts may have A LOT of good points to make ;)

When you warn a member, make sure that you select the box stating "Enforce moderator preview of all new posts?" and set it for 5 days.

If a member with 100% warning breaches the rules again, it is not possible for them to be warned again, therefore you should DECREASE their warn level but make sure you DISABLE their posting ability for 5 days and let an Admin know about this (myself, Chrono, Jason or Adam). We will inform them of the situation and then place them in the Banned members group.
Once that member has served their sentence we will place them back in the members group with what should already be 0% warning, due to the decreased warn level (oh my what a coinsidence! doesnt it just work sooo smoothly?! :) )

Nice little system eh?! :)
have fun

Well either we disable their posting ability, or ban them. Unless you mean disbale ability until an admin can change their group.

I think disable post ability, and an email can be sent when the posting is disabled by the mod who disabled it, so there shouldn't be a need ot contact admins.
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.
