Addmissions System

The power over addmissions is in the following order:
Leader
Vice Captain
Admissions Officer
Commander
Sub-Commander
Member Vote
That is, the leader may override ALL descisions regarding any application, the Admissions Officer may override the Commanders descision regarding an application, etc.
Overrides of descisions will only be made in exceptional cercumstances, for example if the player has suddenly become inactive, or if the player shows disrespect after a favourable vote.
This system is final and cannot be changed, no questions asked.

hows this?
its the way i been doing it, just making it known to you all
if u still wanna do a tryout, then you can, and i might allow your descision to override a non-existant vote lol, but preferably we should have a vote, and get to know the player in question before voting
also if we have a voting period, we can know how often a player comes online as well.
any comments welcome

try outs arent too good
they tell you how good the palyer is
but not how often they will be online, or how often they are gonna play wit you
they might just do the tryout as one-off, then never play wit the clan
letting them play wit you in other servers etc, both lets you get to know them, be friends, and get to know how good they are, and maybe see what they are really like
like snipeasda, if we did tryout hed prob be in clan, but after a game or 2 he was in wit me it turns out he cheated i think

Validating forum members are allowed to post a new topic in the Applications forum, and reply in that topic as well - in accordance to their permissions.
But to be able to reply and start topics elsewhere, they must validate their E-mail address.
I shall soon make it so that Guests may also start an Application, but not reply.

i just sorted deonilin out lol
and i dont think moving the vote back to the applications forum is a good idea
it would really make duplicate topics
when really only the current members and the person just accepted in need to see the vote
and once they in clan they can see members discussion lol
