I was thinking of making a sort of new admin position but isn't new in some ways. I'm calling it the Admissions Officer position and is aimed as Jason8765. He is currently an Admin Regime member because of his Root Site Administrative powers but I'm thinking that as he is a major role in our website, he should have a job in admin to do with website tasks (if that makes sense).
The Admissions Officer's job would simply be to review the Applications forum, replying to the applications and arranging the tryouts then contacting the respective commander(s) and people in order to make sure tryouts go ahead. He also gives the final verdict of Approving and Rejecting Applications so that when a commander see "Approved" below the title of the application, then he (or she, there has been a femal commander in the past!) knows to give out the join password.

am on the forums daily, not a single day am not on really!!

also shall we have a voting system, where players can vote on whether a player can join, this way we can ensure most of the clan is ahppy wit the new join

and not let someone whos hated in just cause they a good player

as for all, a clan is really a group of friends :^: so we should keep it that way

good idea, these votes would have to be clan members only
