am gonna redraft the clan rules to try and make them more specific and cover more areas of clan life such as training

any ideas for rules are welcome

also roles are gonna be drafted up for the vicecaptain/commanders/subcommanders
these will tell them wot they can and cant do, and wot they are responsible for etc
