Well i've noticed quite a few people playing more C&C3 recently and it would be good to have a mess around on there with a tourny/ladder and this one could be a lot less predictable than the SC matches.

Kane's Wrath = Terminator?

Sounds like this expansion will be much like Zero Hour was for Generals. It's adding sub-factions with specific benefits, new units etc.

Don't know how many of you still play it from time to time (if at all) I, myself, am still yet to give it a good run as progress on a new rig has been hindered slightly. But anyway, C&C3's not even half a year old yet and already we have the announcement of the Kane's Wrath expansion pack! Not that we all couldn't see it coming, but still..

Okay, so it's now been little over a month since the release of C&C3 - who can't get enough of it still? Who's had enough already?
Will time be kind to C&C3? Does it posess the kind of gripping gameplay that'll keep an abundance of players rooted to it for years to come?

meh well seeing as quite a few of you have this game, i think we should have a tournament .

it might see and give extra potential to a clan division if we see how many have it and if we show a positive attitude towards the game.

Tiberium Wars for X360

I'm considering buying Tiberium Wars for my Xbox 360 (yes Adam, paying full price for it ) for my birthday. I've used the demo non-stop for the last couple of days and, honestly, the controls are only a fraction slower than using a keyboard and a mouse. They've really out-done themselves with modifying the controls for the X360, once you get the hang of it it's nice and speedy gameplay.

The whole online thing is going to be mixed between X360 and PC, which I think is a good idea. People who complain that PC owners have an unfair advantage haven't played the game enough to get the hang of the controls

So, is Kapoks going to be recruiting for either platform or will it be PC only?

I am starting to get the hang of Scrin.

I actually really like playing with em.

And yes Dan them maybe a rip-off from some other race in SC but I still fink em pwn in CnC.

What it fixes: This patch for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars addresses video
playback issues and several multiplayer problems:

Optimizations
� Made further improvements to video playback on low-end Windows
XP system configurations.

Bug Fixes
� Fixed an error that caused some players to crash or disconnect
while in online lobbies.
� Fixed an error that caused players with semicolon (';'),
colon (':'), comma (','), or equal sign ('=') characters in
their Online IDs to not be able to see and select options from
dropdown menus in online multiplayer lobbies. These characters
are no longer permissible in Online IDs.
� Fixed an error that caused players to desync when watching a
BattleCast match in which one of the participants disconnected.

Other Fixes
� All online multiplayer game lobbies will now appear properly
localized in different languages.

Anyone got problems with Mission 10, GDI, aswell? Name of mission is Croatia.

I am quite able to defend the base, this is how I do:

First sell all AA (to save power, and get money) then get rocked man at corners.

North entrance: 2 predators
East entrance: 3 predators
South entrance: 1 APC, filled with rifleman
West entrance: 2 APC filled with rifleman

At all entrances is one of these bunkers rifleman can make.

Then when MCV shows up, I go to there with 3 preds and 4 apc's filled with rocked man.

I make it to the mcv, but then on my way back and the MCV is being rushed, and the base is.

I mean like wtf, I cant stop two flamerushes on base and rushes on mcv o_O

Well, the quote in the title is a little debatable but it's finally out! Doesn't seem that long ago since it was officially announced! My copy just arrived, was playing a few games of Red Alert 2 and the door went - "Door? Or RA2? DOOR OR RA2?!!"
Going to install and register online within the hour
